Recipe: Cranberry Bread Pudding with Rum Sauce
CRANBERRY PUDDING
2 cups cranberries, halved (don’t chop – substitute dried ones in a pinch)
1 1/3 cups flour
1/2 cup molasses
1/2 cup hot water
2 tsp baking soda
