Did WAY too much Saturday and my lungs are on fire. I was exhausted and went to bed at about 6:30pm, then promptly woke up at 1am and couldn’t sleep any more. Stayed in bed and rested til 4, but my lungs are really sore so I got up and am doing a breathing treatment. [...]
