Strange New Land
Every day, sometime between 10 and 11 am, I begin to crave exercise. I *NEED* my daily walk. I’m getting faster and faster, and I walk a few blocks in the morning and evening between buses too. My plan is to start getting off each bus a block or so earlier (or catching the next one a block later), and get some extra walking in. It makes me feel good, sleep better, and generally have more energy. I am beginning to love exercise again.
Freakin bizarre.
